Executive AI OS is a private, internal application that helps its owner and a small authorized team run their organizations. It maintains operational memory, tracks commitments and decisions, prepares concise executive briefings, and coordinates work — with every consequential action requiring explicit human approval.
What it does with a connected Google account
An authorized user may optionally connect their own Google account. The application identifies the connected account (name and email) and, when the user enables Calendar access, reads that user’s own calendar list and events read-only to present schedule information — today’s events, conflicts, free time, and meeting-preparation context — to that user only. It never creates, edits, or deletes events; never responds to invitations; never sends email; and never accesses Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Docs under these scopes. Calendar data is fetched live and not stored.
Access
The application is not open for public sign-up: every user is individually provisioned by the owner, and all application pages require an authenticated session.
