Terms of Service

1. The service
Executive AI OS is a private, internal executive operations application operated by its owner. Access is limited to individually authorized users. There is no public registration and no commercial offering of the service.
2. Authorized use
You may use the application only with an account provisioned for you and only for the internal operational purposes it is provided for. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Connected accounts
Connecting a third-party account (such as Google) is optional and always under your control. The application requests only read-only, minimum-necessary access, uses it solely to provide the features described in the Privacy Policy, and lets you disconnect and revoke access at any time.
4. Data
Data handling, retention, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Availability and warranty
The application is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties of any kind. It may change or be unavailable at any time.
6. Termination
The operator may suspend or remove access at any time. You may stop using the application and request deletion of your data at any time.
